Kiosk project

• Updates
• What is your experience with the current kiosks? (Personal/customer anecdotes etc.)
• Experiences with kiosks in other settings, what did/didn't you like?
• What functionality do you want to see in kiosks? (big opportunity to present library's digital services and promotional items)
• Any ideas or suggestions you might have for kiosks would be helpful!

Primo integration

• will need to discuss the merits of physical keyboards
• Primo will have a new, more touch friendly interface come summer
• Be mindful of having too many services/too much web access
• Ill would be a useful addition
  • library's website will be updated so the overall theme will apply to the Ill page, hopefully making it more kiosk friendly
• Possible new room reservation system coming, could integrate ability to make appointments with librarians.
• Equipment availability might be useful on wayfinding kiosks
