  - Secondary form? Investigate... - Course Reserves link. Click one link to auto-populate php form to send to Rima for course reserves directly from brief/full record in Primo ONLY WHEN signed in as instructor

Library Tech Support Workflow

Work with Margaret on overhauling Lib-Support workflows
- Liaise with graphics department on building a printable graphic
Build a static Drupal page / Wiki page (both?) that contains links to JIRA issue collectors for all support endpoints (project -> lib web, broken equipement -> lib tech, etc.)
