  • Library faculty and staff will complete training during Safety Week (usually early September)
  • Privacy security (Whelan)
    • No way to enforce that they take the training - contracting via University
    • Don will let us read the contract
  • Faye will have conversations with other folks in the library (Little Village, URWS, etc) to make it mandated library-wide
  • How will Bridge training align with the info on the Wiki?
    • Mostly content is already the same - Bridge adds videos; quizzes have slight differences

Accounting for employees during an evacuation

• Faye wants this procedure to be aspirational

PA building evacuation announcements

• Are all words used going to make sense to international students?
• Needs a new PA announcement written for a lockdown

Fire inspection reports

• Report is in Box
• DPS walkthrough tomorrow with Lt McDaniel
  • Will be discussing incidents from last few months, look at trouble spots and brainstorm ideas
• Future meetings: will talk about where the security cameras are

• Updating the incident reports to make it easier to fill out and collect more useful information
• Next step is to start testing it; will be creating a meeting where everyone can come together, try to break it, talk about who should receive it
• How can we tell when/if we can share info?
  • Imminent danger/risk, definitely feel free to share
  • After the fact, in investigation, not necessary to share
  • Nothing precludes you from forwarding something you think your staff needs to know
