  • UHSC quiet last month. Wrapping up Fall term and discussing safety walks across campus
  • EHS shared flood information that Rachel sent out to building announcements

  • Sent out to Council via email.
  • Excellent report
  • Reinspection in 60 days since needed repairs will require more time.
  • Fire sensor in the Studio will be moved
  • Ecampus had great feedback about space heaters
  • Question about the powered tables–are they extension cords or outlets. May impact spacing of tables in the library
5 min.Safety/Health Signage and InformationAll
  • Some out of date signage in the building, such as kiosks.
  • There have been multiple iterations of Covid signage.
  • Please keep an eye out for old signage that needs to be pulled and replaced
  • Lucinda will look at the University marketing signage and share with the Council
  • Related to information, look for outdated EOP binders as well.

  • Rachel talked about a possible list of links "for more information" such as service desk pages, etc.
