  • Consider alternative time - currently several not able to make it (URWS, Erin)
    • First week of the month
  • Circle Back - new topics for 2023 we should address
    • Clean up of leaves (particular when it becomes rainy season)  
    • Loose pavers   
    • Safety documentation and education (students and staff)  
    • Ramp up disaster recovery plan work- new goal is to complete over Summer 2023

Shanon/DPS create the EOP/Appendix for emergency responses.
Hard to talk about. Specifics can be difficult due to the unpredictable nature of threat situations.
Not a lot of discussions within departments but spectrum of comfort discussing and offering training.
Situational awareness is important. 

Drills may not be helpful, could be uncomfortable. Don’t want to encourage hypervigilance/PTSD.
Update Bridge training?
Make sure advice/info we are getting from DPS/Campus is up to date.
Add situational awareness to general safety practice and messaging.
