Electronic signage

  • ETS is likely going to replace the thin client library catalog computers with kiosks in the avenue on every floor, they will at the very least provide access to the catalog and forthcoming interactive map and we'd like to have some good ideas to take to them before next week
    • What is your experience with the current kiosks? (Personal/customer anecdotes etc.)
    • Experiences with kiosks in other settings, what did/didn't you like?
    • What functionality do you want to see in kiosks? (big opportunity to present library's digital services and promotional items)
    • Any ideas or suggestions you might have for kiosks would be helpful!
