Offsite Project Team: Kerri Goergen-Doll, Preciosa Martinez, Laura Ramos and Elizabeth Nielsen and Marty Brown.

Meetings:
Rachel attends weekly construction meetings with the architect, campus project manager, Nypro building manager, and construction personnel. 
Kerri, Rachel, Laura, and Precious, meet weekly to discuss developments and planning related to offsite.
There are monthly planning meetings as needed to loop in Elizabeth as the SCARC representative and Marty as the Press representative.

Current Priority:
Securing moving contract by mid-February (Bertsch and Lile are preparing quotes)
Preciosa, Laura, and RAS are all working on deselection and materials management related to the offsite project. 
Kerri and Rachel will meet to discuss and update the budget in February.
Project will be presented and shared out at an admin briefing in February.

Current Timeline and Impacts in Summary
-Construction on ‘Nypro Building’ through April
-Deselection on the first floor and at current offsite
-Spacesaver will lay track and install shelving for compact storage (May/June)
-Move of materials to new offsite storage (Late May/June)
-Settle into new space, figure out processes, move of all other items (Press, SCARC)
