History:
First section of compact shelving (small section on east of floor) upgraded 2018 with display screen controls.
The second bank of compact shelving on the 1st floor was upgraded, the motors serviced the week of August 22, 2022. The electronic components are backordered and expected to come in early January 2022.
Status: Repairs and Upgrades In Progress, Planning Future Schedule
Issues with motors and bearings have been increasing in 2022. Repairs are ongoing.
Originally scheduled for January 2023.
NEXT section slated for updating on the first floor is a bank of 8 long carriages next in line from the west end of the floor in January February 2023.
For each year going forward, the next sections controls and motors will be upgraded as budget allows.
