The Telecom coordinator (Lucinda Amerman (Unlicensed) ) is the primary contact for Telecom services, both for library staff and Telecom. Requests from staff should be directed through the coordinator, so that Telecom has one point of contact to simplify the process. The page outlines many of the services the Telecom coordinator provides for library staff.

Troubleshooting
Below are suggested solutions for some common problems folks encounter when using their phones. If you don't see a helpful solution listed below, contact the Telecom Coordinator (Lucinda Amerman (Unlicensed) ) through library.maintenance@oregonstate.edu.
Logged out of phone
When you have accidentally logged out of your phone, you can't make calls or do anything until you log back in. The phone will ask you for your extension and password.
- The password should be the same as the last 5 digits of the extension. For example, if your phone number is 737-7295, you'd need to enter
- extension: 77295
- password: 77295
Displaying missed calls
The display on the phones will often cut off part of the information you need to see who called. Figuring out how to see the full display isn't very intuitive. These instructions are for the Avaya 1408 model.
