The classrooms of Valley Library are used exclusively for University business and are intended to support academic success, intellectual freedom and free speech. For more details regarding building space use, please refer to the Valley Library Building Use policy. Classrooms vary by size, technology, who is allowed to reserve a specific classroom and even the procedure for reserving a classroom. They are generally available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There are 6 classrooms in Valley Library; this page will outline usage guidelines, physical space specifications, and management responsibilities for each room.

- Purpose: University Business. Priority given to instruction.
- User Groups:
- First 2 6 weeks: Library Only, Priority given to instruction & TED.
- Week 7 & Beyond: Faculty, Staff, Graduate Students
- Reservation Hours: 7:30 am - 11:30 pm
- Reservation Exceptions:
- Unlimited reservation for Library staff, URWS staff all term.
- 1 reservation per term for outside departments week 7 & beyond.
- Reservation Lead Time: 1-2 weeks. Library staff have 2 business days to respond to requests.
- Food Policy: No food, except library staff. Allowed
- Ongoing Physical Access: Doors are unlocked at all times.
