Troubleshooting Slow Program
If the Schlage program is taking forever to bring up "Generate Program Files," you may need to clear out some files.
To do so:
- Open up the desktop shortcut to "Documents on Portunus."
- Delete all listed files with A and D in the file name
- For reference: "A" designates an audit file and "D" designates a door file
- Do NOT delete the following files:
- Templates
- Capindex.ndx
- LOCKINFO.CFG
- Uplink.log
Missing Audit File Error Message
If you get get a error message regarding missing audit files, go ahead and delete the audit files. We do not audit the locks anymore, so it is of no concern if we delete them.
