This list of directions is for special events that the Library is responsible for setting up.  Not all events occurring in the rotunda are the responsibility of the library for setup.  
  1. A week before the event set out the poster
  2. The day before the event, print out 30 table tents
  3. The morning of the event set out the table tents on all surfaces in the rotunda and the surrounding gallery.
  4. Around 1 hour before the event go down and start supervising the arrangement of the furniture.  Podium in the center of the windows with the stuffed chairs up front.  The partition is in the closet outside Autzen Classroom and the chairs are in the closet inside Autzen.  Alternatively, use the chairs already in the rotunda area.
  5. Setup the microphone system which is located in the closet in Autzen.
  6. Bring a bottle of water down and place in the podium.  Alternatively, provide the speaker with an OSULP branded water bottle.
  7. After the event, put everything back in order.
