Cubicle spaces for hybrid workers

The new layout has 5 cubicles and three hoteling desks.

Cubicle configuration: 3 cubes are currently set up with 1 large monitor and docking capabilities, as well as sit/stand desks. Two of the cubes are not yet finished, and one of those has been set up with lots of table space to facilitate scanning.

Hoteling desk configuration: Each will have a varidesk (sit/stand), privacy enclosure, chair, docking monitor, additional monitor, locking cabinet.

Questions:

  • How many days a week do LIT staff intend to work on site in the coming months?

  • Should we “assign” cubicles to people?

  • If we share cubes, how should we indicate when cubes can be used by others?

  • Would having noise cancelling headsets available help you work in the space?

  • What questions do you have?
