Troubleshooting Slow Program
Anchor_GoBack_GoBack If the Schlage program is moving very slowly, taking forever to bring up "Generate Program Files," you may need to clear out some files.
To do so, navigate:

  • My Computer
  • My Documents
  • WM_Locklink My Documents (NOT CURRENT)
  • Delete all listed files with A and D in the file name
    • For reference: "A" designates an audit file and "D" designates a door file
  • Do NOT delete the following files:
    • Templates
    • Capindex.ndx
    • LOCKINFO.CFG
    • Uplink.log

Missing Audit File Error Message

If you get get a error message regarding missing audit files, go ahead and delete the audit files. We do not audit the locks anymore, so it is of no concern if we delete them.
