Troubleshooting Slow Program
If the Schlage program is moving very slowly, you may need to clear out some files.
To do so, navigate:
- My Computer
- My Documents
- WM_Locklink My Documents (NOT CURRENT)
- Delete all listed files with A and D in the file name
- For reference: "A" designates an audit file and "D" designates a door file
- Do NOT delete the following files:
- Templates
- Capindex.ndx
- LOCKINFO.CFG
- Uplink.log
