The companies that work on the machines will be notified, and can dispense refunds if money has been taken. For in-person visits, the MU Business Office is located inside the MU, up the main inside stairs and to the right. Individuals must complete a form in order to receive the appropriate refunds. The MU is open weekdays: 8 am-5 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
