Daily
- Check classroom email accounts and process reservation requests.
As Needed
Create replacement key cards (non-functioning or physically damaged) for classrooms.
Communicate policy and problem solve with patrons regarding questions and concerns they have over various rooms.
Weekly
Inspect key cards for peeling/worn labels or barcodes if needed.
Per Term
Audit the Alma records for billed key cards that can be withdrawn. Cards can be withdrawn if it has been 1 year since the patron has been billed.
Annually
- Each summer set "Open Study Hours" on the classroom calendars for Autzen and the Willamettes for the next academic year.
Room Reservations
- Checking classroom email daily, at least twice per day.
- Following classroom usage guidelines when responding to reservation requests
- Ensuring that the classroom calendars are up-to-date and accurate.
