If you need to reinstall the Schlage Express software, call Allegion. They no longer install the software from a disc but from a download instead. They also need to install a patch for Windows Mobile Device since that application is no longer included in Windows. The should walk you through the entire process.

Before you call Allegion, collect audit data from all of the locks and back up the files. Once you reinstall the software, old audit data may not be accessible from the locks. This is especially important for the Grad Student Commons Research rooms. |
