3. Based on the library building units schedules, contact Mathew Rodgers (Office of Emergency Management) and fill out a Facilities Work Order request and email Jim Patton (OSU Fire Safety Officer) and Facilities Alarm crew (Christopher Reinhart) to arrange for a time to hold the drill.

4. Inform Library Admin and the the OSULP Safety Committee Council of the time agreed upon
5. As part of the Safety Week informational email, announce there will be an unnannounced unannounced building evacuation drill during the week. Inform Circulation staff to review the building evacuation procedures.
6. On the day of the drill, have have OSULP Safety Committee Council members assigned to each exit to review how the drill went
7. After the drill, the the OSULP Safety Committee Council chair will collect information about the drill and share a summary with the library administration
