- Get some kiosk ideas for ETS, Update on the surveys we'll be doing, start thinking about our design workflow for signage, think about scheduling for future meetings (if we have time for all that stuff)

- What is your experience with the current kiosks? (Personal/customer anecdotes etc.)
- Experiences with kiosks in other settings, what did/didn't you like?
- What functionality do you want to see in kiosks? (big opportunity to present library's digital services and promotional items)
- Any ideas or suggestions you might have for kiosks would be helpful!
| | Primo integration - will need to discuss the merits of physical keyboards
- Primo will have a new, more touch friendly interface come summer
- Be mindful of having too many services/too much web access
- Ill would be a useful addition
- library's website will be updated so the overall theme will apply to the Ill page, hopefully making it more kiosk friendly
- Possible new room reservation system coming, could integrate ability to make appointments with librarians.
- Equipment availability might be useful on wayfinding kiosks
