How to use your phone

Hi everyone!

Maybe it's just me, but I find my phone terribly complicated. I never know which button to push to redial or put it on speaker. Sometimes I need to reset my voice mail greeting, but can't remember how. I don't think I'm alone here. Over the past couple months I have been working to compile a list of quick reference guides and manuals for the various phones in the building as well as voice mail instructions. This collection is ready for its debut!

If you have recently gotten a shiny new VOIP phone, you most likely have the Avaya J169 model. The other most common phone is the Avaya 1408 model. You can find guides for those 2 phones below but I have guides for many other models in a Box folder that anyone with the link can access and download files from. Feel free to browse the files in that folder if you have an older phone. If you can't find what you are looking for there, let me know and I will see what I can dig up for you.
