• Planning team reviewed the various designs and planned possibilities.

• Current status is still tenuous.

• ATT project may happen first, over the summer.

• The roof/solar panels would come later. Negotiations are ongoing.

• Cost for just the roof replacement is estimated at 2 Million.

Offsite Storage

• Rachel did a walkthrough of the new offsite location with Matt from Spacesaver March 4.

• She has scheduled a walkthrough with the movers/Precious for March 16.

Smaller Projects

Furniture Reupholstery

• Furniture is scheduled to be picked up by McDonald during Spring Break.

• Still looking at fabric choices for public and staff lounge chairs

Grad Commons

• Corkboards in the 6^th floor research rooms were replaced with new whiteboards, installed by Spaces crew students this month.

Blind Replacements

• Starting blind replacements with Benson Interiors

Art Projects

• Rachel met with Stefanie Hood about assisting with art projects in the building.

Ongoing Building Operations

• Rachel met with a Telecomm rep about updating their training for telecom coordinators. She is very excited this will be happening.

• Lucinda put together a big supply order for a variety of Spaces projects.

• Rachel ordered the Mel George Plaque for the Learning Commons.

• Rachel pulled door stats for AMD for ACRL report.

• Budget work being done in support of several project coming up this spring.

Planning

• Planning for the building reset this summer.

• Rachel is working to reconvene the Safety Committee Reconvene and set planning priorities.

• Rachel will be presenting her quarterly update to LAMP about ongoing Spaces projects.
