  • Disaster Plan Review
    • Suggested revisions
      • Contents - have main header list along with a more detailed listing
      • Combine material types in the Salvage of Specific Media
      • Move Maps towards top in Appendices
  • Student Member
    • Suggested that we add a student employee to the committee fall term. 
    • Bryan will follow up.
  • Elizabeth Shared Network Access
    • Will try and get Elizabeth access to the library shared drive to access the Safety folder and disaster plan
  • Safety Week
    • Sept. 12-16 will work the best.
    • Building evacuation drill - Bryan will coordinate. Need to check that major meetings or workshops are not impacted.
    • First Aid/CPR training - Bryan will coordinate with Dixon Rec.
    • Daily Safety Emails/Quizzes
      • members will share daily emails.
      • Katie Warrener left us previous examples on the Wiki
    • Safety Kiosk Posters
      • Bryan will check with Kelly Holcomb on having all the safety posters displayed during the week.
    • August Admin Briefing
      • Aug. 11 at 3pm
      • Members will present Safety Week and General Safety Info
    • Do we have material for an In-Service presentation? SIM training again?
  • Building Review for Active Shooter Event
    • the previous building review for an Active Shooter Event has been lost by OSU Security.
    • Don will check on getting a new review accomplished.
