10 min | Incident Reports Transphobic Flyers - Multiple dates of flyers distributed within the library on every floor.
- 3 different flyers have been distributed.
- One incident of vandalism in a restroom.
- Have been filing bias reports with each Incident.
- Library staff and Partner staff have been watching for flyers.
- AMD has been in conversations with OID as well.
- Looked at debrief email to send out. Goal is to send out by Friday.
Injury in Media Hub-student cut themselves with a box cutter. - First aid was applied.
- Student was taken by Media Hub staff to medical care.
- Learned that Student Health is not always open.
Student reported an electronic device left on a table. - Turned out to be a "Tile" which is used for tracking personal devices.
- Was unclear why it was attached to a table.
- Public Safety was called.
Petition Signature Gatherer in the plaza - Violates Time, Manner, and Place policy.
- Refused to leave when asked.
- Public Safety was called. He was asked to leave campus for trespassing

10 min | Fire Drill Debrief - Fire Marshal said it went well.
- Alarm can be heard on the roof.
- Had active construction onsite with a contractor, so we were able to practice with a contractor there as well.
- Someone commented that it always happens on a Tues/Thurs around 10 am.
- People were observed clearing out quickly.
- SMS directed people to stairwell exit rather than the main entrance. Students appeared unaware that there were other exits.
- That seems to be a common challenge.
- Chris Ervin asked about who specifically to check in.
- Rachel, Anne-Marie, or staff with orange vest by the front entrance (not student employees).
- We have not gotten vests for floor monitor training despite them promising to send them. Rachel mentioned that to Brian Lilley who is looking into it.
- LAMP said the OSU Alert system worked well.
- Mike Bamberger said they are still tweaking the system, working with HR to make sure there aren't any more issues.
- Rachel will share more about the system with Chris E.
- Evening drill was requested.

10 min | De-escalation Trainings in LEAD - Rachel and Sagan went through CPI de-escalation training to be trainers.
- Sagan has been working on training for LEAD.
- Staff went through online training.
- Rather than do the 4 hour scripted training, Sagan has been breaking it down into smaller chunks during staff meetings.
- Allows for more in-depth conversations
- Sagan has training documents they can share with the group if anyone is interested.
- Has created a modified training for LEAD and URWS student employees. Very condensed version.
- Implementation didn't go quite as planned but has been getting some good feedback.

5 min | Safety Ready Reference - Student employee, Samantha, created a Safety Ready Reference document.
- Living document that may be adjusted as needed.
- Developed for LEAD student employees so information could be found easily and without being overwhelmed.

5 min | Rachel's meeting with DPS - Rachel had some questions about training they offer that could be good for student employees.
- She mentioned this in the email she shared out.
- Rachel will follow up with Shannon about that training.
- Shannon is willing to speak at an Admin briefing for library staff.
